I recently spent six months backpacking throughout southeast asia and it was life changing. Growing up I was extremely shy around girls. And the lessons I learned went far beyond just dating. They helped me to meet new people in general, become more confident, and care less about what other people think of me. Because usually people interpret rejection to mean: But what if you looked at it a different way? Instead of seeing rejection as a reflection of your own worth, see it as useful feedback.
